How to Book
Bookings can be made via e-mail, phone or letter. The quickest and easiest method is by phoning 01427 718878, where you will nearly always be able to speak to someone.
To confirm a booking we require guest name, contact address and telephone number, as well number of rooms required and for which dates. Finally, debit or credit card details are always required. We prefer to take this information over the phone as opposed to email, bearing in mind the sensitive nature of the data.
Prices – Please note that the prices below are for the room, not per person, and are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.

Check-in and Check-out
Weekdays: check-in is between 5pm and 9:30pm, later arrivals by arrangement. Rooms should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
Weekends: check-in is between 2pm and 9:30pm, later arrivals by arrangement. Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the morning of departure.
Payment
We accept a variety of different payment types including cash (Pounds Sterling), cheque supported by cheque guarantee card, debit or credit card – Maestro, Delta, Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB. American Express transactions incur a 3% surcharge, due to the high operating costs.
